Joachim Arenth was born 1963 in Ludwigshafen upon Rhine and received his Ph.D. in 1991 awarding “summa cum laude” in Munich. After several years at the University of the Armed Forces in Hamburg, as McKinsey consultant and as Head of Strategy at Bertelsmann he founded JenAcon in early 2006 and leads the company since then.
Joachim Arenth is the author of „Unter Dach und Fach. Portfoliotransaktionen im Immobilienbereich“ and „Clinching the Deal“.

Oliver Heinrichs

Oliver Heinrichs was born in 1981 in Solingen and grew up in Wuppertal. After graduating in business studies, he accompanies the company since its founding in 2006 and is responsible for the Jena office since 2007. In 2011 he got appointed to Managing Director.

Matthias Alff

Matthias Alff, among other responsibilities, oversees the comparative market research area and has been an authorized signatory officer at JenAcon since 2018. He was born in 1979 in Sondershausen (Thuringia) and studied at the TU Dresden and the University of Jena. He has been with the company for over a decade and has previously been promoted to Managing Director.
